Proper Inflation
- Do not inflate a ball to its full capacity in order to allow the ball to mold to the body's shape inflation of 75% (or less) to 95% (maximum is suggested. Adjust as necessary.
- Do not allow the ball to touch a heater or hot device.
- Never sit directly on the ball, whether handicapped or not, to avoid stress on the spinal column.
- Never bounce on the ball.
- Use the smallest ball that will provide support without straining other parts of the body.
- Keep away from sharp objects.
- Use in shower. Ballsease® is waterproof.
Ease for Temporary Pain

If you or the person you care for needs to elevate a leg, place the knee or ankle on a ball that meets your size requirements.
The surface of the ball is not slippery so your leg or ankle stays in place.
The ball feels cool to the skin because of the air which fills it, providing a soothing effect on any inflamed or sore area.
